The Land and Surroundings

I am selling the house with ten acres of land. The land surrounding the house offers great garden space directly to the south of the house. There are great hardwoods and softwoods on the property as well as a nice selection of old apple trees. Aside from the garden, the land is wooded. There is high quality firewood very close to the house: mostly maple, birch and ash, with some cherry. The land could continue to grow a regular supply of firewood. About 10 cords per year could be sustanably harvested. It could also be opened for more extensive gardening.

Next to the road is an old stonewall fenced sheep pasture and a big old apple tree and an orchard.
